Large Financial institution in Latin America

Challenge: Implementation of a compensation program that were adhering to the new internal status of the organization and the requirements of official bodies. Readjustment of the organizational structure of 3,750 employees with new job descriptions and functions and areas of segregation, to meet external audit request and minimize enterprise risk.

Action: Complete Company restructuring, with new conception of positions and functions, areas of segregation and new Corporate Governance model. After a year of the project, there was remodeling of the remuneration policy and skills of employees in all areas of the company, reduction of professional staff, as well as a redefinition of mission and vision of the organization.
